1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "bx999", "we", "us", "our" refers to the bx999 online gaming platform accessible at bx999.biz and all associated subdomains, applications, and services operated thereunder.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bx999 platform in any capacity.

2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Eligibility & Registration

bx999 reserves the right to decline any registration application or suspend an existing account where eligibility conditions are not met or where the platform has reason to believe the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bx999 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. bx999 will never request your password via any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone.

You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your bx999 account that is not used for any other online service.

The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and USDT TRC20 (with PKR conversion at the prevailing rate displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction).

Deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed in the cashier section of your bx999 account at the time of deposit and may be updated by bx999 from time to time without prior notice.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your bx999 account within seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take longer depending on the issuing bank's processing times.
• bx999 does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must be made from a payment instrument registered in your own name and matching the identity information on your bx999 account.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful completion of KYC verification. First-time withdrawals will not be processed until identity and payment method verification is complete.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier. bx999 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments.
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the bx999 account. bx999 will not send funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Any active bonus balance, or real-money balance subject to an incomplete wagering requirement, may not be withdrawn until the relevant wagering condition is fully met.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bx999 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other incentives to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bx999 promotions unless the specific promotional terms expressly state otherwise:

• Each promotion is available only to players who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated in the individual promotion's terms, which may include minimum deposit amounts, game restrictions, time limits, and account standing requirements.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and contribution percentages are specified per promotion. Wagers placed on games that do not contribute to wagering requirements will not count toward clearing a bonus.
• Bonuses are granted for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or systematically profit from bx999 bonus offers — including through coordinated wagering strategies, low-risk mathematical hedging, or multi-account abuse — will result in bonus cancellation and potential account suspension.

7 Betting Rules

Rain interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis adjustments, and match abandonments are handled in accordance with the sport-specific rules published on the platform.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. bx999 does not manipulate game outcomes and all player disputes regarding game results must reference the official game round data available in the player's transaction history.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bx999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or using fabricated or borrowed personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with bx999 support.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the bx999 platform, place wagers, or exploit game mechanics.

• Attempting to access another player's account, intercept communications between bx999 and its players, or otherwise compromise the security of the platform.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bx999 platform — including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game assets, and the overall selection and arrangement of content — is the property of bx999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bx999 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any bx999 content in any form without express prior written consent from bx999.
• Modify, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the bx999 platform or its underlying software.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary rights notices on the platform.

Any unauthorised use of bx999 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your licence and may give rise to legal action for infringement.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bx999 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the bx999 platform or its Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.

bx999's total aggregate liability to any player under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to bx999 during the twelve calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by bx999's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Responsible Gaming

• The account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.

• A regulatory authority or law enforcement agency has directed bx999 to suspend or close the account.

Where an account is closed due to Prohibited Conduct, bx999 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including both real-money and bonus funds. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to misconduct, any verified real-money balance (net of incomplete bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
